FMS is designed as a solution to allow managing assets from different aspects. The main aspects considered are:

• Issues.
  • Workorders, related or unrelated to issues.
  • Contractors working on the workorders
• Statuses.
  • Changed by operator or workflows
• Renting.
  • Renters and renting (checking in and out)
• Assets could be categorized and/or placed in zones.
