Issues

An essential aspect of the Facility Management System (FMS) is issue management. Issues can be categorized as either:

  • Asset-related issues,
  • Zone-related issues.

Public Issue Reporting

Issues are the only type of entity that public users can create without requiring registration or sign-in. This functionality is enabled through a separate application called FMS Client, which allows public users to report issues seamlessly.

Creating Issues in the FMS Portal

When creating an issue from within the FMS Portal, the first step is to specify whether the issue pertains to an asset or a zone. This classification ensures that issues are appropriately logged and addressed based on their context.
